Napkin printing
We have traditionally been strong in the napkin market. Our software enables our customers to print many designs in 4C, thereby saving on special colours. The development of lasers, software and sleeve materials has led to considerable cost savings.
4C printtest at SOMA
Last week, another 4C test was carried out using the latest equipment from SOMA. Together with our business partners DMF and LIGUM, four sleeves were engraved and printed for the test. This means that AKK is now equipped with engraving systems for a wide range of applications, even for the latest printing machines on the market. Please contact us for further information.
Security Printing
In cooperation with the companies DROP and Orell-Füssli in Switzerland, the first engraving machine was installed in security printing. With the finest engraving resolutions, conventional printing plates are gradually being replaced by EPDM plates.
Cosmos Flexo Pharmacy
The COSMOS Flexo Pharmacy has been developed for the printing of aluminum foils. Special printing machines are used in the market for this purpose, which fix the printing plate by means of perforations on the sides of the printing plates.

Überholung Lead Laser
Für einen deutschen Kunden haben wir den ersten Lead Laser zu einem Zweistrahl-Fiberlaser mit 2.000 Watt Laserleistung umgebaut.
Alle elektronischen Teile, Motoren werden durch neue Kabel, Motoren, Steuerungen, Kopfsysteme, Laserquellen, Kühler, PC und AKK Software ersetzt.

Im Juni wird eine weitere Cosmos Flexo Gravuranlage für den Dosendruck geliefert. Die Weiterentwicklung des Maschinendesigns, der Funktionalität und des Kundenspezifischen Work-Flows lässt dieses Produkt immer interessanter werden für den Dosendruck.
