Our Kesper Group comprises three companies (Kesper Druckwalzen GmbH, AKK GmbH in Germany and NovaIntertech in Thailand). NovaIntertech currently employs 50 people, in Germany around 35 employees from different nations, ages and genders. We are a diverse team of highly qualified professionals and specialists who share a clear goal: To translate our customers’ requirements into first-class machine technology. Whether production, development or administration, whether industrial electrician or software developer: with us, everyone will find a job that suits them and awakens their passions.
If you have a good dose of personal responsibility, flexibility and team spirit, you’ve come to the right place. Through training and further education, we either build on the existing professional base of our experienced employees or we train industrial electricians and industrial clerks ourselves for our own requirements.
